Above the Glass brings women together for conversation, inspiration, and the kind of networking that doesn’t feel like work at all, creating a space where women gather with curiosity, generosity, and the courage to be both learners and leaders.
GOAL: Transform the current LeClair Ladies’ event brand into an identity that feels innovative and timeless, where every woman has a seat saved at the table.
SOLUTION: The AtG ethereal color scheme drove this visual identity, as we wanted to set the brand apart from other stereotypically feminine palettes. The subtle injections of outer space imagery and wingdings were intentionally carried out as Emily Calandrelli, widely known as the Space Gal, headlined the 2025 event. Logo lockup variations, a full color palette, gradient variations, vector art, and social media template options were some of the final assets created and implemented in both digital and print embodiments. The 2026 campaign introduced new paid and owned media styles and the curated AtG/LeClair-endorsed logo, by yours truly.
